Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SoulPath, operated by CTR Ventures Inc. (“CTR,” “we,” “us”). By using SoulPath, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What SoulPath is

SoulPath is a self-discovery and personal coaching tool. It synthesizes insights from multiple personality and developmental frameworks to help you identify patterns, blind spots, and areas of misalignment in your life. It is designed to surface the gap between who you are at your core and the version of yourself you have been performing.

What SoulPath is not

SoulPath is not a clinical, medical, or therapeutic tool.

  • It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition, medical condition, or psychological disorder.
  • It is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, psychiatry, or any licensed mental health service.
  • The readings, scores, archetypes, and alignment assessments are generated by AI and framework computations for self-reflection purposes only. They are not clinical assessments and should not be treated as such.
  • If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call your local emergency services immediately.

SoulPath is a coaching and self-awareness tool. Think of it as a mirror, not a prescription. The insights we provide are meant to spark reflection, not replace professional guidance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use SoulPath. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your data

You provide birth data and quiz responses to generate your Purpose Blueprint. You retain ownership of your personal data at all times. We process it solely to deliver the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

Your reading

The Purpose Blueprint generated for you is personalized content created by AI based on your inputs. You are free to save, share, screenshot, or reference your reading for personal use. You may not resell, commercially redistribute, or present the generated content as your own professional assessment of another person.

Accuracy and limitations

SoulPath combines multiple frameworks (astrology, numerology, Human Design, Gene Keys, Enneagram, Spiral Dynamics, and others) with AI synthesis. While we strive for accuracy within each framework's methodology:

  • Results depend on the accuracy of the information you provide (especially birth data). Incorrect inputs will produce inaccurate results.
  • Framework interpretations involve inherent subjectivity. Different practitioners may reach different conclusions from the same data.
  • AI-generated readings are probabilistic, not deterministic. They reflect patterns and tendencies, not certainties about your life.
  • Alignment scores are relative measures designed to prompt reflection. They are not objective measurements of your wellbeing or success.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use SoulPath to harm, harass, or manipulate others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our framework computations or AI prompts
  • Create automated accounts or submit fabricated data to abuse the service
  • Present SoulPath results as licensed clinical or therapeutic assessments
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws

Service availability

SoulPath is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the service running and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will not be liable for any loss of data or interruption of service.

Intellectual property

The SoulPath name, logo, design system, framework computation methods, AI prompt architecture, and application code are the intellectual property of CTR Ventures Inc. Your personalized reading belongs to you. Everything else belongs to us.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTR Ventures Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SoulPath. This includes, without limitation, any decisions you make based on your Purpose Blueprint or alignment scores. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which may be zero).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CTR Ventures Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of SoulPath or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CTR Ventures Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SoulPath shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SoulPath after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the application.
